The Tint Club by ADS Window Films Limited - Membership Rules

MEMBERSHIP

  1. There are two types of membership, GOLD and SILVER.
  2. To become a GOLD member you will need to have your vehicle tinted with our new premium rated product and pay full price, minimum value £240 inclusive.
  3. There is no need to make any purchase to become a SILVER member of the Tint Club.
  4. Anyone that joins the Tint Club will get a "TCN" (Tint Club Number).

MEMBERS' BENEFITS

  1. All members can have one or more of our selected graphics applied to their car/cars with their TCN. Example: www.tintcar4free.co.uk/057.
  2. All members can have one book of referral vouchers with their TCN (replacement books Free of Charge).
  3. Gold members receive 20% commission where payable.
  4. Silver members receive 10% commission where payable.
  5. Gold members only get a share of the Tint Bank (a pot of money that accumulates from the commissions of new customers that join without being referred) for the first six months they are members.

HOW IS COMMISSION EARNED?

  1. Commissions are only created by customers joining as a GOLD member.
  2. Bookings from the web site via the online form using a TCN.
  3. Members joining and presenting a referral voucher with a TCN.
  4. Or members joining quoting a TCN.
  5. Commissions either go to a Tint Club member or into the Tint Bank, all commissions will be paid out.

THE TINT BANK

  1. Anyone who doesn't recall what the TCN was when they saw the website on a vehicle, their commission will be put into the Tint Bank.
  2. Any new person that joins the Tint Club that hasn't been referred, their commission will be paid into the Tint Bank.
  3. ADS Window Films will look to advertise this website in several prominent places and anyone joining via our advertising or marketing will create commissions for the Tint Bank.
  4. ADS Window Films will invite every new customer to join the Tint Club.
ADS Window Films will have the right to change the frequency of payments to members. i.e. if we feel that the monthly payment becomes a management issue, we would look to change to a quarterly payment.

Glossary of Terms

Tint Club:Club set up to reward customers for introducing new customers.
TCN:Unique number given to each member of the Tint Club.
Referrer:Person responsible for introducing the new member to ADS.
Commission:Payment made for introducing new business.
Tint Bank:Money accumulated monthly by new members with no referrer.
HPS Film:High Performance Film that will be used for Gold Tint Club Members.
